Trails and Roads Mountain Bike Trail update Carbondale/Basalt Prince Creek -- Dry, great condition, the cows are there Red Hill -- Dry and dusty Basalt Mountain -- The road climb is dry. Lower loop is closed due to a mudslide. Middle loop and Upper loop are open, but muddy and horse trodden. HayPark -- Great condition, one of the best places to ride right now Glenwood Springs Boyscout-- Loose at the end, getting hot Snowmass Tom Blake -- Riding, dirt is in good shape, the surrounding forest is keeping it moist Government -- Great shape, full of flowers Rim Trail - Blooming and gorgeous Aspen Smuggler -- The climb is dry, the trails beyond are riding even Iowa shaft. Some wet patches. Hunter creek -- Meadow is dry now, watch out for afternoon thunderstorms Lenado - Finally dry Roads Rio Grande -- great, swept, smooth and busy HWY 133 to Redstone Marble, Mcclure Pass -- Plenty of winter damage that has not been repaired yet. If it rains, be aware of mud slides and loose rocks. Most all of the damage is avoidable, just be alert. Glenwood Canyon Bike Path -- Open again, as the flood waters have receeded
